Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Workshare LLC ("Workshare," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use our websites, mobile apps, desktop apps and online services (together, the "Services"). This includes the following brands, which Workshare LLC publishes:
- Suprata (suprata.com) — business software for service businesses
- VYBE.FIT (vybe.fit) — live and replay fitness classes for clubs and their members
- Master's Mate (mastersmate.com) — navigation, boat monitoring and safety apps for boat owners
- MarineMaster.com — an online marine store
Some brands also post a privacy policy of their own with more detail about that specific product. Where a brand's own policy gives more specific terms, those terms apply to that product. Everything else in this policy still applies.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number, password and profile details when you create an account.
- Business and club details — for Suprata and VYBE.FIT, information about your business or club, its staff, its schedule and its customers or members that you choose to enter.
- Boat details — for Master's Mate, information about your vessel, its equipment and the settings you choose.
- Orders and payments — items you buy, billing and shipping addresses. Card payments are handled by our payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
- Content you create — messages, photos, videos, notes, reviews and anything else you upload or send through the Services.
- Support requests — what you tell us when you email, call or write to us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — device type, operating system, app version, browser, IP address, pages and screens viewed, and crash and performance reports.
- Location — only in apps that need it and only with your permission. See Device permissions.
- Connected equipment data — for Master's Mate, readings from boat instruments and sensors you choose to connect, such as position, depth, wind, battery and engine data.
Information from others
- Your club, employer or business may add you to their account on Suprata or VYBE.FIT, for example as a member, customer or staff member.
- Payment processors confirm whether a payment went through.
- Public sources, such as business listings and public vessel tracking (AIS) broadcasts.
2. Device permissions
Our apps ask for a device permission only when a feature needs it. You can say no, and you can turn any permission off later in your device settings. Turning a permission off only stops the feature that uses it.
- Location, including in the background — Master's Mate uses your precise location to show your boat on the chart, record tracks, and run the anchor alarm. The anchor alarm keeps working when the app is closed or the screen is off, so that it can wake you if your boat drags its anchor. Location is used only for these features and is never sold or used for advertising.
- Camera and microphone — VYBE.FIT uses them to stream a live class when you choose to go live or join on camera. Master's Mate uses the camera when you take or attach a photo.
- Photos and files — to attach a picture or document you pick.
- Notifications — for alarms, class reminders, messages and order updates.
- Bluetooth and local network — Master's Mate uses these to connect to boat instruments and devices on board.
3. How we use information
- To provide, run and improve the Services, including the features you turn on.
- To create and manage your account and sign you in securely.
- To process orders, payments, subscriptions and shipping.
- To send service messages, such as receipts, alerts, safety alarms, security notices and changes to our terms.
- To send marketing messages, where the law allows or you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
- To answer support requests.
- To find and fix bugs, measure performance, and prevent fraud, abuse and security problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only in these cases:
- Service providers who work for us under contract, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, email and text-message delivery, shipping, and crash reporting. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Your club or business — if you use Suprata or VYBE.FIT through a business or club, that business or club can see the information connected to your membership or account with them.
- People you choose to share with — for example, when you share your boat's position with friends or post in a community feature.
- Legal reasons — when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or Workshare.
- Business transfers — if Workshare or one of its brands is involved in a merger, sale or reorganization, information may transfer as part of that deal, under this policy's protections.
- With your consent — in any other case, only when you tell us to.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
5. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you account alerts, safety alarms, class and appointment reminders, order updates and, if you opted in, promotional messages. How often we text depends on how you use the Services. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one message confirming you have opted out.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at getworkshare@gmail.com or (603) 670-0001.
- Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your settings, keep the Services secure and understand how the Services are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as staying signed in, may not work without them. We do not use cookies to sell your information or to show you third-party ads based on your activity on other sites.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal information for as long as your account is open or as long as we need it to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information as described in Delete your account and data. We keep some records longer only when the law requires it, such as purchase and tax records, or to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce our agreements.
8. Security
We protect personal information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and limits on which staff can see data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
9. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- See the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information and your account.
- Stop marketing — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text.
- Withdraw consent you gave us earlier, such as a device permission.
Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, and people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, have these rights under their local law, plus the right not to be discriminated against for using them. People in the EEA and UK may also object to or restrict some processing and may complain to their local data protection authority.
To make a request, email getworkshare@gmail.com. We will confirm your identity before acting and will respond within 30 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
10. Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data connected to it at any time, for any Workshare app or website — Suprata, VYBE.FIT, Master's Mate or MarineMaster.com. You do not need to keep the app installed to do this.
How to ask for deletion
- In the app: where the app offers it, open your account settings and choose Delete account.
- By email: send a message to getworkshare@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your account and tell us which app or website you use.
- By phone: call (603) 670-0001.
We confirm the request came from you, then delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What we delete
Your account and profile, your contact details, your settings, your uploaded content, your location history and tracks, and your usage data linked to you.
What we may keep, and for how long
- Purchase, payment and tax records, for up to 7 years, because the law requires it.
- Records needed to prevent fraud or settle a dispute, only until the matter is closed.
- Backups, which are overwritten on a rolling schedule within 90 days.
- Information that no longer identifies you (anonymized statistics).
If a club or business added you to its Suprata or VYBE.FIT account, that business controls its own records about you. We will pass your request on to them and help them honor it.
You can also ask us to delete some of your data without closing your account. Use the same email address and tell us what you want removed.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. A club may let a parent or guardian manage a family membership that includes a minor. In that case, the parent or guardian provides and controls the child's information.
12. International users
Workshare LLC is based in the United States, and we store and process information in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use approved safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, when we transfer personal information out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make an important change, we will tell you in the app, by email, or with a notice on our websites before it takes effect.
